Clime Capital Limited is a Listed Investment Company with a strong history of solid returns for its shareholders. It has both ordinary and converting preference shares. Since January 2009 to 31 December 2017, Clime Capital has produced Total Shareholder Returns (TSR) of 10.22% per annum. As a fund manager, our purpose is to deliver value to our shareholders based on our corporate values of integrity, transparency and conviction. We invest in quality companies that have integrity, but only when we can buy the stocks at a discount to appraised value. We are benchmark unaware. Instead, we have a solid investment approach that guides all our investment decisions.

Clime has a disciplined investment approach focused on the distinction between value and price. The allocation of investment capital into the market generally and stocks specifically is tempered by the continual macroeconomic overlay. The company has the ability to hold elevated cash levels when market risks are considered to be excessive or value is not apparent. The Manager has the ability to look across listed asset classes to seek returns.
